Autism West has a vision "to enrich the lives of people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder". Their Mission is to offer best practices and innovative services to people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their clients include but are not limited to: families living with autism  in the Perth Metropolitan and WA Regional areas, Psychologists, Therapists and Teachers. Most of their groups focus on developing children's social skills, such as their cooking group (8-12 years) and little legends (5-8 years). A new program is the "Youth Engaged Successfully" (YES), which is aimed at teenagers with a diagnosis of high functioning autism with an age range of 13 -18. The aim of this program is to develop their social and life skills so they achieve a higher sense of independence which leads to increased self confidence.
