Up to $10,000 pa
Community Grants are the Foundations core philanthropic program with grants being awarded twice a year to not-for-profit / charitable organisations whose activities / programs fall within the criteria of the Foundation.
Grants will generally be in the range of $2,000 - $10,000, but the Directors will consider requests for higher amounts.
The Foundations Grants & Awards sub-committee considers applications for Community Grants twice (2) a year the deadline for which are:
- 30th April for consideration at the May meeting.
- 30th September for consideration at the October meeting.

How to submit your application
Applications can be submitted by mail or email and should:
- Be made on the relevant SMCFWA application form.
- Include all required material and be accompanied by a full copy of the charity's latest annual report and audited accounts.
- Be clear and concise
- Foster a working partnership with Scottish Freemasons in WA.
- Demonstrate that projects are sustainable beyond the application/pilot.
- Be received by the advertised deadline.

Submitting by Mail
If submitting your application to us by mail, please make sure to include two (2) copies (one can be bound if you wish, however please provide one unbound copy that allows us to photocopy if needed).
