 How will my application be processed? 

Following is an overview of what will happen once we receive your application.

  1. Upon receipt of your application an acknowledgement letter/email will be sent as soon as practicable.
  2. If your submission requires additional information, a Foundation member will contact you.
  3. Your application is put to the Foundations Grants & Awards sub-committee for consideration.
  4. The Grants & Awards sub-committee make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  5. Following the board meeting, a letter advising you of the outcome of your application will be sent to you as soon as practicable. NB: All support by the Foundation is dependent on full funding for the project/activity being achieved by the applicant and the applicant being in the position to commence their project/activity).
  6. Funds are forwarded to your organisation upon written confirmation that the project is ready to commence and we have received your signed copy of our Grants Conditions.
  7. Within two months of completion of your project a final report detailing the project outcomes and expenditure is expected to be forwarded to the Foundation. In the case of projects lasting more than 12 months an interim report is requested annually.
